All quotations are issued in writing and state the product, specification, price, shipping term, estimated schedule, payment terms and validity. A quotation is not an order: an order is formed only when the buyer confirms the quotation in writing and the company accepts that confirmation.

Specifications, grades, quantities, packaging, documents and delivery windows are confirmed per order. Where a figure is stated as "Available upon inquiry" on this website, it is confirmed in the written quotation — the website alone is not a binding offer.

Payment terms are agreed per order. Samples are 1–2 kg free per grade (up to 3 grades) with courier charges on the buyer's account. Shipping terms follow the Incoterm stated in the quotation. Any dispute is to be raised with the company first, in writing, so it can be resolved commercially.
