Shipping containers at a port

Our Process

How We Work

Eight clear steps from your first inquiry to delivery — with no hidden terms.

The 8 Steps

01 Inquiry

You send the product, grade or format, quantity, packaging and destination.

02 Specification confirmation

We confirm the exact specification in writing. Anything not verified is stated as available upon inquiry — never guessed.

03 Sourcing review

We check availability against the confirmed specification and the destination market's requirements.

04 Quotation

You receive a written quotation stating specification, price, shipping terms, estimated schedule, payment terms and validity.

05 Agreement

Product, pricing, packaging and delivery terms are agreed before production or shipment preparation.

06 Inspection & documentation

Quality checks and the agreed documents are prepared for the consignment, including a batch Certificate of Analysis for salt.

07 Shipment coordination

Shipment is arranged under the agreed shipping term, with the carrier documents issued for the consignment.

08 Post-shipment communication

We stay in contact after dispatch until the consignment is received, and handle any documentation questions.

Trade Terms, Explained Simply

Tap a term to see what it means in plain language.

FOB (Free on Board)

The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the agreed port. Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are on board.

Your quotation states which term applies to your order, so there is no ambiguity about who pays for freight and insurance.

Request a Quotation

Tell us the product, quantity, packaging and destination — we will confirm specification, price, shipping terms and validity.
