Certificates & Compliance

What documents your order carries — and how each one is confirmed before shipment.

How Documentation Works

Every order is documented for its product and its destination market. There is no single fixed certificate list, because requirements differ by product (for example, food-grade salt, meat and fresh produce each follow different rules) and by the market the goods are entering. Before you order, we confirm in writing exactly which documents your consignment will carry, and we share copies on request.

The table below lists the types of documents that may apply. A document listed here is not a claim that it is held for every product — availability is confirmed per order.

Choose a document type to see what is provided and how verification works.

Batch Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Included with salt consignments; available for other products where applicable.

Certificate of Origin

Issued per consignment as applicable.

Phytosanitary Certificate

For plant products, where the destination market requires it.

Veterinary / Health Certificate

For meat and animal products, where the destination market requires it.

Packing List

Issued with every consignment.

Commercial Invoice & Proforma Invoice

Issued per order and quotation.

Bill of Lading

Issued by the carrier for sea shipments.

Lab test reports

Shared on request where a test has been carried out for the lot.

No certification is claimed on this website unless it is confirmed in writing for a specific order. If your market requires a particular certificate, standard or test (for example a named food-safety standard), tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be provided.

Samples and Quality Checks

Samples are available before a bulk order: 1–2 kg free per grade (up to 3 grades), with courier charges on the buyer's account, dispatched within 3–5 working days. For salt, grading and packaging are controlled directly by us. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged where the buyer requires it — confirm this in your inquiry so it is included in the quotation.
